I want to place an order but not online. Is this possible?
Unfortunately this isn’t possible as we only take orders online. This is done for security reasons and we do not want to be responsible for having access to your credit card details. Online payments are made through Paypal Express. Your payment is instantly charged to. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or orders via email, nor do we despatch goods on an invoice now, pay later basis. We're sorry to the small minority of potential customers who cannot or do not wish to place orders online but security is extremely important to us and this is why we have decided to approach payments this way.
Do you have a mail order catalogue?
No, we don’t. We are constantly adding new products to our site so if we produced catalogues they would become out of date very quickly.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We are an online only store and do not have a store where you can visit at the moment. We will inform you as soon as this changes.
What is your minimum order?
There is absolutely no minimum order level but all orders under £40 will have a P&P charge of £3.50 added.
Do you deliver abroad?
No, we currently only deliver to UK addresses.
Can I add something to my order?
No, because payments are made securely we do not have your card details to change the amount to be taken.
I need my order urgently. Do you offer a next day delivery?
To keep things fair on everyone, we don’t prioritise any orders or offer ‘queue jumping’ so we can’t guarantee that you will receive your order the next day.
I haven’t received my order yet but the money has come off my credit card – why?
When you place an order the payment process is that the payment is taken immediately and authorised. This means that none of your card details are stored for optimum security. This is the normal method for online orders.
There is an item missing from my order, can you send it?
Please check your invoice to see if the item has been marked as 'to follow'. If this is the case, these items will come later at no extra cost to you. If we have not been able to supply an item for any reason, it will be marked as 'Out of stock - refunded to card'. Please check through your package carefully before contacting us. Your item may be packed inside a storage box or tucked between something else. An item may look different to what you expected so please check through your invoice to match up the items you’ve received to what is on the invoice. Shortages must be advised within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
